True terror depicted by an unrelenting monster.

Attack on Titan has been receiving huge audience over the internet especially Crunchyroll's online streaming of the series. The series takes place in a European city-state, theme takes words of German as the main character's name is Eren Jaeger (Hunter). The city is surrounded by 50 foot walls divided inwards by class, a little convenient in guarding against 15 foot grotesque humanoid bipedal creatures that have a tendency to devour humans almost to extinction. Despite the bizarre concept they are terrifying, they always have a smile plastered on their face as they tear and pulverize their helpless prey to
unrecognizable forms.

The Pilot episode presents Eren along with his foster sister Mikasa ackerman and their best friend Armin Arlert as a 60 foot skinless Titan appears and blasts a hole in the wall. As you can predict it does not end well on the other side of the wall but this was an excellent kick start to the series and the core plot is well set at this point. The Manga series started in 2009 but the artwork was sketchy and proportions weren't consistent, fast forward a few years and you have a building plot, diverse characters and colossal battles of Humans vs Titans.

They will fight for the freedom of mankind

The Anime is currently only subbed but their Japanese voice actors do a great job on all the characters to really empower the story. Production I.G and Wit studio did excellent job choreographing the animation, for once you can tell where the characters are swinging around not just the low budget freeze-frame, speedlines, and persistent screaming to attempt at showing some sort of motion. Fans have shown great enthusiasm with perspective shots, cosplay and crossovers including the company Pizza Hut's horrifying cover as a Pepperoni slice is about to be gobbled by the 60 foot colossal. There has also been fanmade game developments including an in progress Minecraft mod, (If only someone at this blog reviewed video games). The series is going to 25 episodes and if they're not planning next season another group of humans will be needing a 50 foot wall.
